2009 Cas'Almare Reserva Malbec is a hand crafted wine and it is a true expression of its appellation; Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, 3400 feet above sea level, in the foothills of the Andes Mountains. 100% Malbec. Intense violet-red color, aromas of red fruits and raspberries, accompanied by notes of vanilla and coffee from its oak aging. Smooth on the palate, well-balanced with flavors of plums, gooseberries, red fruits, violets, chocolate, and coffee. Smooth, ripe tannins. Long, pleasant finish. Aging: 12 months in French and American Oak barrels.

There are basically 4 areas where wines are rated. These are appearance, aroma, taste and after taste.Post your review now!
